BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This full-scale apartment renovation at Shepherd Street, Scarborough is currently being executed by our construction and renovations team, delivering a comprehensive transformation across multiple units.
The scope includes the complete renovation of multiple kitchens featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and designer tile backsplashes ranging from white shaker kitchens with hexagonal mosaic tiles to bold black marble quartz finishes. Bathrooms have been fully updated with new soaker tubs, quadrant shower enclosures, marble-look porcelain flooring, and modern vanities. Basement spaces have been transformed into functional living areas including a recreation room, kitchenette, and dedicated laundry units.
Additional works include premium large-format porcelain flooring throughout, coffered ceiling construction with pot lights, feature walls with floating shelves, and exterior stamped stone walkway paving combining high-quality interior finishing with outstanding exterior enhancement.

SCOPE OF WORK
- Designed and installed multiple kitchen layouts — including white shaker, dark espresso, and high-gloss grey cabinets — with custom quartz countertops and stainless undermount sinks
- Installed designer tile backsplashes across all kitchens — hexagonal marble mosaic, black/grey brick mosaic, geometric triangle gold/grey pattern, and white stacked stone
- Completed full bathroom renovations including soaker tub installation, large format grey tile tub surrounds, chrome fixtures, and white quartz vanity countertops
- Installed quadrant curved corner glass shower enclosures with chrome frames and raised acrylic bases across multiple bathroom units
- Laid marble-look and high-gloss cream porcelain floor tiles throughout bathrooms, hallways, and main floor living areas
- Finished basement units with luxury vinyl plank flooring, pot lighting, painted walls, and stacked washer/dryer laundry closets
- Constructed coffered ceiling with recessed pot lighting, crown moulding, floating wall shelves, and large-format grey marble accent tile feature wall in living area
- Converted basement space into a finished recreation room with grey painted walls, recessed lighting, and wood-look LVP flooring
- Installed exterior side walkway using stamped natural stone-texture pavers in running bond pattern with white gravel border landscaping
